Withdrawal Request
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a cancellation or return request through your customer account.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open your order history.
- Select the relevant order.
- Choose either:
- Request Cancellation (for eligible unfulfilled orders), or
- Request Return (for delivered orders within the applicable withdrawal period).
- Submit your request.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.
